Jewelry, Artworks & Products
I handmake all the jewelry I sell and some items may even be
one of a kind. The same can be said for some of the other items
as well. While items displayed on the site as well as everything
needed to make those items are in stock, sometimes I do run out,
so small delays in shipping of jewelry or other items may occur.
I do make every effort to keep my customers informed of any such
delays when and if they happen in order to insure you'll get a reasonably
timely deliver of your order.
Some items that I do not personally
hand make are delivered by outside affiliates, please see their
sites for deliver information.

Policy
Shipping for the Jewelry
Shipping is handled by U.S Postal Service using Priority Mailer
Boxes with Delivery Conformation and are Insured.
Your Shipping Address must be
in the USA. If shipping to yourself make sure you use the
same shipping address where you normally receive your mail. We need
your Phone number in case we have a question about your order.
Most orders shipped out within three
business days, larger orders may require a couple of extra days.
Our packages will normally fit into your mail box or mail slot.

Shipping Rates for the Jewelry
(We ship in USA only)
Shipping is handled by U.S Postal Service using Priority Mailer
Boxes with Delivery Conformation and are Insured. Cost varies depending
on insured value, generally between $ 5.99 for a value of up to
$ 50.00 and 8.99 for a value of up to $200.00. Delivery is approx.
2-4 days after shipment.

Returns for the Jewelry
While I try to maintain a reasonable return policy there are cost
to me involved in returns so I do have some rules.
1. Requests for returns must be made
within 15 days of date of delivery.
You MUST e-mail us for an authorization on returns and items
must be in original condition. For return authorizations

what items you are returning and why you are making the return.
2. Repack the item in the original
packing materials and box. Please do not mix jewelry and non-jewelry
items. Important: some items consist of several parts or pieces.
Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund.
3. Send the package via U.S. Mail to
our address on the invoice that came with your order. Be sure to
cover the original shipping address on the original box.
4. Credits to a credit cards will be
immediately applied upon processing, but may not appear on your
statement for one to two billing cycles.
5. Refunds will have a 10% deduction
of the original sale price for the cost of transaction and restocking.
We Do Not pay for return postage.
